MOV Film Festival

Our keyword challenge is one of our main ones because people run into challenges through life and sometimes you get so used to it its just not a challenge anymore. But also the challenges we face is preparing us for later in life. Change is another one because when you stand up for yourself you are making a change tords the bully.

Our overall message is that it is never good to bully other people. It is not right and It will come back to haunt you. Sometimes people are just acting but it could really hurt some ones feelings. Also that even your best friends can turn into an enemy. I think that it is not ok to bully it can hurt some one else's feelings and it could even come back to haunt you.

The biggest challenge we faced was getting together and being able to film. This was hard because we all have diffrent sechdules. Like on wednesday I had basketball practice and jaeasha had cheer also on thursday so jaesha skipped thursday practice. so we ended up filming on thursday but I was not able to get a ride because live on north shore and caras house is in wailua so they just got me from school. there was also a crack in the camera and mr.sandrul never told us so we were stressing on it but it turned out that it was already there.

Have you been taking behind the scenes photos?

Our story is about how you can do anything even if you think your gonna give up. This resembles Kalista because she is very joyful except she is also a little clumsy and can be a bit sloppy at some points. Zephen is very serious and likes to joke around with things that aren't very funny. Im also the cheerful type that loves to cheer people up even if they don't want to be cheered up and I love helping others out. Were all diffrent but we are all friends and my grandma aways says directness attract.

We Made our video funny by Kalistas clumsiness in her dancing. Her dancing is funny because the way she dose it. It is also really funny by the way she says it. This is also a life lesson on how never to give up and to keep your head high "you have to get through the rain and storm to see a rainbow." That is how its a life lesson how never to give up.

Our teams level of produtivity was in the middle. On some of the days my teammates wernt here but when they were here they did a lot of work. Kalista and Zephen did a lot of work and helped me. I think our biggest challenge was being able to knowing how to do the animation.

Our song is by Adele its called Hello. Our storyline is About 4 friends. The 4 friends have a fight when they were younger and 2 of them try to  apologies to the other ones but they don't answer. That relates to the lyrics by I must of called a thousand times. That is How our storyline goes with our lyrics.

My favorite fast changing shot is when we say "I must of called a thousand times." We have eight different shot changes. We are also in a different spot every time and have different clothes on. We also have this shot in the begging of our video where we change shots with me and Sophia calling Shaday and Kiana. In that sequence we have four different shot types in four different angles.

This music video shows my best work because of how much I leaned in the past year. Also my team is all friends so we know how to communicate with each other. We also split the work up and had a lot of Patience with each other.  We also have the same goal in this project and have separate ideas. Also we all work together and use teamwork

Character Development

I think I am really cheerful person I hate it when people are sad and I just want to cheer them up. I am also the type of person that is kind of weird. Also most of the time I'm kind of funny I just want to make people laugh and have a good time. I am also really smart I'm really good at math and science. I'm the type of person that you would want to be around with all of the time.

My animated character will have a confident voice who is always sure of herself. She is always jumping off the walls and being crazy , and wild. She is also the type of person that will never let you down and always keeps her promises. Also sometimes on weekends she like to go to the beach super early to go boogie boarding when the waves are still good and not to big for her.She is the type of girl that is always happy and never ever ever sad or mad or grumpy but sometimes she is a little tired and cold.

Making a GIF animated character is really hard. Also sometimes it can be difficult to make with using puppet warp and cutting all the pictures you need thats why I don't like it. I like it because it is an amazing experience to have. Making a GIF animated character is also really fun to do and its a challenge to do because its hard and I like a good challenge. Also sometimes its easy when you have a a friend that knows how to do it and have them help you with what your doing and walk you through it step by step no matter how long it takes.

Tiny Spherical Worlds

The point of composite images is so that they can over lap. So you really cant just use one of the photos. If you do use only one photo it wont really work that well. Also if they don't over lap it wont be able to become round. Composite images are created from combining several different pictures to go beyond the limitations of a camera.

The difference between polar and spherical is that polar goes in and spherical out. Another thing is that you look up on the world for spherical.Also looking down at the world is polar. And also sometimes the sky is on the outside of polar. The spherical sky is on the inside and not on the outside.

My tiny world is convincing because there is no line in the middle. Also I have a shadow that shows that there is sunlight. There is also surrealism. Im also not floating in my pictures my feet are on the ground. I also put my legs in wards so it looks like i'm standing in my world.  

Hockney Style Joiners

David Hockney's photos are different because we are doing it for fun and practice and he dose it for a living. Also he is a professional and were not. His picture are shown across the world and ours are shown across the class room.   he also takes abstract photos and we are taking photos  in our backyard and at parks nearby.

A sunny day represent happiness because they can go outside and play. Also a rainy day can represent sadness because the sky is gray and it is dark and not very sunny. Like black clothes represent depression. Bright clothes can represent being excited. These things could all represent happiness or sadness in photos.

My house represents my family and were we live. Also where we were born and raised and grew up. this is also  where were still growing up. It is also a place for a new  born for her to grow up. This is also where my two
                                                                           cats  to live.
                                               

2016 Aspiration

My goals in 2016 are to be a better person. Also to learn to surf and skate. I also want to be able to talk to this person I don't often talk to. I also kind of want to make new friends to hang out with and to tell secrets to. Also I want to get to know my family and my new friends to come.

My number one goal this year is to become a better person. My new goal is to become a better person because I feel like I don't have many friends because I'm "sassy". That's why my other goal is to get more friends. Also at home I only help out a little bit. So that's why this year I want to become a better person

The steps I will take to make it a great year is to be nice to people. Also not be as "sassy" at home. To help out more at school. Also to help out at home to. Also I will be kinder to more people.  That's how this year I will achieve my goal.

Scratch Game Design

I wanted my game to be not to easy and not to hard. So to make my easy and hard I made to levels.
On the first level I made it easy and on the second level I made it a little harder. So playing the games before making them was easier So I would know whats easier for the players. Thats how I made it so the players could play it and it wouldn't be to hard or to easy

The good thing about my chase game was that the mouse actually chased the elephant. Also the good thing about my platform game is that the reindeer can actually stand on the platforms. Except for it was easier to make the platformer game. It was easier to make the platformer game because it was my second game so it made it easier. My chase game was hard because the mouse has a glitch in it.

My best code was simple jumping. My best code was simple jumping because it was really smooth.
The hardest one was to make the reindeer stand on the top of the platforms. Another hard one was to get the platforms to move. Also i made the bottom platform and the moving platform different colors so I had to fix that by making the bottom or the top platform and making them the same color.

Invention Commercia

Our teams main goal in our assignment was to make the coolest 50 second commercial with an invention. My team invention was called the Braidenaider. The Braidenaider is a wand that you stick your hair in and it braids it in seconds it also dies your hair. Also one of our goals was to make a product that actually worked. Our invention sort of worked.

My teams best team moment was after we were done filming we were taking of our make up and my lipstick sort of got every where. Also when we had to do an unusual angel Alina did a weird thing and was saying I see it in the mirror I see it in you over and over again and it was so funny. We also jumped on Cara's trampoline and put giant water ballon's on it and when I massaged it it pope'd in my face. Also after we froze Gatorades and had a contest who could finish it first and Cara won. then we watched pitch perfect 2 and i started laughing so hard so Alina started laughing and then i snorted so Cara started laughing

In our production Alina and Cara picked the music. I helped pick out the transitions and helped edit to. we put our invention commercial on Alina's computer so she did all the heavy lifting
cutting out all the bad scenes. Cara watched it and picked out all of the extra parts on the commercial.we also had a really hard time fixing the part where we had no pad so it didn't have action and cut in it.

Composition Scavenger Hunt

I think leading lines is the most important. leading lines is most important because the lines point you directly to the subject. Also its important because if you don't have leading lines that lead you to the subject you wont know where the subject is.

I think the most difficult composition techniques is  forced foreground. Forced foreground is hard because you have to focus the camera on the subject in the front and have the subject in the back a little bluely. but you can also use forced foreground for photos it would look really cool.

 In our composition scavenger hunt me and my friend Alina picked the transitions. Cara picked the music. Alina is the funny weird one Cara is the cool concentrated one and i,m the goofy one. Also i had the honer of clicking send. Ohh ya i also we all took turns using the camera. This is a picture of my too teammates Alina and Cara

Cracking the Code

I think everyone should learn to code because it will help you if you want a good job. Also because it is a cool thing to learn about. you can also apply this to every day life if you want to do anything really coding is in you're phone, computers etc. Also I thin its really cool and I want to share the experience of coding with other people. This is why I think everyone should learn how to code.

When I first started coding  it was so fun I loved it. I used to do this at my old school but it was nothing like this. Also when I did it at my old school I wasn't that good because I  didn't really understand how to do it. Since I know how to code now i'm actually pretty good and I understand how to use code. So now I understand how to code I want to learn how to create a new game so i can code outside of school

The game that i created in the end of cracking the code was i like to call dodge the ice. Dodge the ice is a game where elsa throws the ice while anna has to try to get to elsa without elsa throwing ice at anna. So in the end if you get to elsa without her throwing ice at you 10 times you will win the game.

My Humorous Monologue

Currently in my G.T (gifted and talented) program we are learning how to use I movie. so far we have learned how to import and soon we are learning how to edit. Also we have learned how to create a folder to organize all of our projects. We learned how to use a a lumix camera and how to film with it. I also learned how to use cannon camera and how to save the battery and how to import it to our computer and then put it in I movie.

A pad is something that you can use for a requirement often for filming. It also adds extra time to give you space to use your filming so that your words aren't cut off. theses are two main things that you need to know when you use IMovie.

When i was doing my video the hardest thing was importing it to my computer. I thought that adding sound to my video was the easiest part. Also I needed to improve on my audio because it had the wind in it and you couldn't here my voice. the highest score on my vied was two witch means it was developing. Next time i will improve on my audio  and my visuals.

Comedy Writing

Sense of humor is important because you have to know you're audience because if you don't, than you will offend theme. Also if some one is telling you a joke you wanna have a sense of humor and laugh. So when you have a sense of humor you tend to use a gesture. These are things that you have to now when you want to make sense of humor an important character trait.

Hold you're readers attention with incongruity. Keep them on there toes. find an element worth repeating. Also keep the audience read to laugh. Keep theme engaged in you're story. These are five main things you have to keep in mind to right a great and funny narrative.

My monologue is funny because it has many different jokes. Also many funny punts. So some off theme are just funny because there true.Also sometimes in mine i have a funny attitude or a signature move. Also sometimes its funny because of my gestures

then you use all four of you're four pictures and close you're layers and screenshots and post it on you're blog that is the most challenging thing ever .

Were finally back at school. and five new things about me are , my new favorite color is purple.
Also I love to eat spaghetti. I also like my animals I have one cat and a dog. when I am bored i like to go outside and and jump on my trampoline. I also like to ride horses.
